South African women recently joined forces with UP to learn to bead bracelets and earn themselves a wage that is significantly higher than their minimum wage. Profits from the sale of the bracelets will return in their entirety to fund the crafting workshop and academic projects in their community.
Initial beading payouts helped the residents purchase food, paraffin to cook, electricity, socks for their children, and much more. And that is just the beginning. We are on a mission to sell as many bracelets as we possibly can.
Will you purchase? Will you spread the word? Will you help this amazingly motivated group care for their families and send themselves and/or loved ones to school?
Click the Empowerment Bracelet below to get involved, and feel the unmistakable joy of knowing you empowered others to change their lives, one bead at a time.
